Refund Policy

Free Trial
All new Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to Pro-tier features and API limits. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No action is needed beyond cancelling through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account reverts to the Free tier when the period expires
- Your API keys are downgraded to Free-tier rate limits automatically
Refunds
Because we offer a 7-day free trial, refunds are generally not provided for subscription charges. You have ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before your first payment.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following cases:
- Extended service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) during a billing period
- Billing errors resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges
- Other circumstances where we determine a refund is warranted
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge by filing a ticket on our support page with your account email and a description of the issue.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are governed by individual agreements. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are specified in the applicable service agreement.
